Q. What is the quality of your products, shirts and/or clothing?

A. SunFun products are chosen from manufacturers that we have previously vetted for quality. Our clothing such as T-Shirts have the following features and qualities:

  • Plain Multi Colors – 100% Preshrunk Cotton, Heather Grey is 90% Cotton / 10% Polyester, Charcoal Heather is 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester
  • Fabric Weight: 5.3oz /180gsm (Heavyweight)
  • Classic, Generous Fit
  • Double-Needle Hems and Neck Band for Durability
  • Ethically Sourced
Q. What is your ordering process?

A. Once you place your order the following will happen:

1. You will receive a SUNFUN ORDER CONFIRMATION email for your online order.

2. After payment verification your order will be shipped to the address you provided when placing your online order.

3. You will receive a SUNFUN SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email when your order has been shipped.

NOTE – If you did not receive a SUNFUN ORDER CONFIRMATION email contact us immediately to verify that your email is correct.
ALSO – PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR THE “SUNFUN ORDER” EMAIL.

Q. What are your payment options?

A. We currently use PAYPAL which accepts the following debit and credit cards:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Discover
Q. Is ordering products on your website secure?

A. Yes. We take special care with the information that you provide us when placing your order on our ecommerce website. The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all personal customer information and credit card information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the entire encryption process, all information is converted into small bits of code that cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

All of the information you provide during the checkout process is restricted to our security screened order processing staff, and we also make sure that every employee is up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. Q. Can you ship your products anywhere?

A. No. Currently, we only ship to United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico.

Q. What are your shipping and return rates and policies?

A. Shipping costs (or rates) vary depending on the final destination of an order and are also based on the quantity of the order. Shipping costs are calculated using a U.S. Postal Service shipping guidelines.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I pay?

A. Once your order is placed you should expect to receive your order within (4-10) business days for Standard USPS mail and (2-3) business days for Express USPS mail. All orders are subject to payment verification depending on the volume of orders received which may delay your shipment.

Q. What if my clothing item does not fit correctly or is defective?

A. Defective items (e.g., clothing or accessories with printing errors or other damage) may be returned or exchanged by following our Return Policy. The customer must report and return the item within 15 days of the invoice date. To report a defective item or other problem, please contact our Customer Service department via the instructions on our Shipping and Return page. (Sorry but SALE ITEMS are not eligible for return – only exchanges for other Sale Items.)
