Clothing and apparel are as unique as you and me. Clothing is not exactly like other products that are made by machines. T-Shirts, Sweaters, Hoodies, Hats, etc, are all sewn together by human hands and printing on clothing is subject to the laws of physics – it’s because of these “human and physical elements” that variations may occur in all types of clothing. Basically, clothing and printing are not perfect.
For example, two t-shirts of the same size, may actually be cut and sewn differently causing two slight variations in the actual size. This also applies to clothing pockets and seams. And printed colors may be slightly off color depending on the material. SunFun Florida sincerely tries to sell only quality clothing but not all garments are made and printed the same. We only order from top manufacturers and printing companies which in turn tell us that they try to inspect each shirt for obvious variations and/or defects in their manufacturing and DTG printing, but they also tell us sometimes these issues slip through their hands. So, IF you receive any garments or accessories that you are not 100% satisfied with due to rips, holes, or inconsistent seams, please let us know and we will work with you to correct the problem.
Standard: Please allow 4-10 business days.
Flat rate $5.00 per (1-5) items. Flat rate $10.00 per (6-10) items. AK and HI will have an additional $1 service fee.
Express: Please allow 2-3 business days. Rates vary based on order total.
Overnight: 11a.m. EST cutoff for overnight delivery. Rates vary based on order total.
Shipping will be sent either USPS or FedEx.
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Currently, the only country (outside the U.S.) we ship to is CANADA. We will be shipping around the world in the near future – please check back later.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders received by 11:59 AM EST will ship the next business day.
Orders received after 12 PM EST will ship within the next (2) business days.
Orders are NOT processed on the weekends or USA holidays.
Friday after 12 PM EST is considered a “weekend order” and will ship by Tuesday.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you at the time of the shipment.
You will be sent to our tracking page where you can also receive text or Facebook messenger updates on your shipment.
SALE ITEMS can only be exchanged for other SALE ITEMS of equal value. PLEASE NOTE: Some SALE ITEMS are actually labeled CLEARANCE ITEMS on the specific PRODUCT PAGE. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns for CLEARANCE ITEMS – all CLEARANCE sales are “as-is” and final.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHIN 15 DAYS
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return or exchange each item within 15 days of the item’s original SHIPPING DATE labeled on the item’s Packing Slip.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition with original tagging.
Note: For each returned item there is a 15% restocking fee of the online purchase price. Fee is for RETURNS ONLY. (Sorry but we are a small startup company.)
